Protect & Serve America PAC is registered with the Federal Election Commission as an independent expenditure-only committee, otherwise known as a “Super PAC.” Accordingly, we may accept unlimited contributions from individuals, corporations, PACs, unions and trade associations. Contributions to Protect & Serve America PAC are not subject to the FEC’s contribution limits. Protect & Serve America PAC’s spending is independent, and it does not make contributions to, or coordinate its spending with, any candidates or political parties.

Contributions to Protect & Serve America PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to obtain and report the name, address, employer and occupation for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 during a calendar year. Contributions from foreign nationals, corporations organized outside of the United States, national banks, and federal government contractors are prohibited.

Contribution rules:

I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
I am at least eighteen years old. I am not, nor am I making this contribution on behalf of, a corporation, labor organization, national bank, foreign national without a green card, a federal contractor, or any other federally impermissible source.
